Shipping policy

Shipping Times:

Regular orders will be shipped within 7-15 business days after leaving our warehouse.

If a size is out of stock, it will be labeled "Pre-Order". These will be shipped out according to the date shown. 

Tracking information will be provided in a shipping confirmation email once the order has left our manufacturing facility.

• Please allow for delays that are outside of our control. These include external factors such as weekends, holidays, weather, and courier delays.

 

Shipping Locations:

Shipping is free for purchases of Jersey.

We offer shipping to the following countries:

 

• Asia: Pakistan

Unfortunately at the moment, we do not offer shipping to other locations.

 

Important Information:

We are not responsible for any customs clearance, or customs fees associated with your purchase.

We are only responsible if you input the correct address. This results in the package being returned to sender – often this can take 4 – 6 weeks.

• If your order was legitimately unable to be delivered it will be returned to the sender then we will contact you for a new shipping address. We will then reship your order for free.
• The reason we can’t reship any missing package until we receive the return-to-sender is that as we have grown, we have gotten more fraudulent “missing package” emails. Our margins aren’t outrageous & when this happens it stings.
